I plan and monitor stages of all business processes which in this case are mostly computer/software related processes, that is setting up accounts, configuring software & hardware, monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues, ensuring security and efficiency of the entire IT infrastructure. I would say my job is very crucial an i take it very seriously.
